These terms govern your use of elsolve.co.uk, published by ELSOLVE LTD. Using the site means accepting them. Services ELSOLVE delivers are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
What this site is.
Descriptions of past work. Case studies describe systems built for particular clients under particular constraints, published with permission or in anonymised form. They are not a promise of the same result for anyone else.
Third-party names and marks. Organisation names and logos shown on this site identify where Adrian Elson has worked or the technologies used. They remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply that those organisations are ELSOLVE clients, or that they endorse ELSOLVE.
Kept current, not guaranteed. The site is maintained in good faith, but it is not warranted to be complete, accurate at every moment, or continuously available.
Use, ownership and liability.
Ownership. The text, design, code and images on this site belong to ELSOLVE LTD, except third-party marks and the portraits of the people shown. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material. Responsible security reports are welcome by email.
External links. The site links to services ELSOLVE does not control, including a scheduling tool and messaging platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you follow the link.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, ELSOLVE LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows when that last happened.
